Shipping

At checkout, you will be prompted to select one of the following ship/pickup options: 

  1. Free shipping for orders over $50  
  2. Flat rate of $4.99 for all other shipped orders 
  3. Customer Pickup (Keller/Ft Worth 76244)
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.  Pickup order notification will include the proper address for pickup.
  • Fulfillment typically takes 1-2 business days. 
  • All orders are sent Priority USPS with tracking information and should be delivered 2-3 days after ship.

Returns/Exchanges

We work hard to treat our customers like family and we want you to love your purchases!  If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to remedy it! 

Be sure to inspect your items AS SOON as you have them in hand.  If you suspect a defect, are missing an item, or received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 3 business days after receipt of order) and we will get it fixed right away! 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away at alabastershards@gmail.com or text to (214) 213-3563.  We will be happy to discuss with you what you didn't like about the item and how to best remedy the situation!  

  • Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to issue cash refunds on a limited basis at this time.  If your item is defective, damaged or if we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason, you will receive a full refund in the manner it was paid. 
  • In all other cases, we will be happy to exchange your item for a different size (if available) or issue you store credit to apply to your next purchase! We have a steady stream of must-have items rolling in weekly, so you are sure to find something else that is a good fit!

To Request a Return/Exchange

  • Please email us at alabastershards@gmail.com or send us a text to (214) 213-3563 within 3 days of receiving your order. 
  • Please tell us the item you would like to return and what the issue is. (Including desired size or item you would like to receive in exchange). 
  • We will send you an email with a return postage slip.  A flat rate of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund/credit for return ship. 
  • Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return.  When processed, you will receive an email with containing your discount code to apply to your next order (or refund confirmation in cases of defective items). 

Final Sale Items

*Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately there are a few items we will not be able to issue refund/credits for.  

  • All accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.  
  • All discounted/sale items are a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.  If you have specific questions about the fit or condition of the item, please don't hesitate to reach out.  We will answer any and all questions to the best of our ability! 
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless, of course, there was an error made on our end.
