Returns
We work hard to treat our customers like family and we want you to love your purchases! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to remedy it!
Be sure to inspect your items AS SOON as you have them in hand. If you suspect a defect, are missing an item, or have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 3 business days after receipt of order) at orders@alabastershards.com or (817) 767-9046, and we will get back to you right away.
Here is a run down of the "ins and outs" of returns:
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of the date of purchase at orders@alabastershards.com or text to (817) 767-9046. Please include your first and last name, your order # and a brief description of the issue; you should receive a response within 24-48 hours with next steps
- We are happy to offer returns for store credit within 14 days from your order date.
- Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must be washed, unworn, with original tags or box, and have no signs of wear or use (this includes makeup stains and deodorant marks, scuff marks, etc.), so be extra careful when trying it on.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. A store credit will be issued net of return costs when the approved return item(s) are received and processed. You will receive a an email including a store credit code from Alabaster Shards to apply to your next order once your return has been approved.

All discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, the return is due to store error or damaged items.
Exchanges
At this time we can only offer exchanges under limited terms. If you would like to exchange the SAME item for a different size, please contact us right away and let us know the desired size. We will check our inventory and if the item is in stock, we will get it to you as soon as possible and give you instructions for return of the original item. If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit to be applied to your next purchase.
